1. Our Community Mission
StackTrackPro is a trusted marketplace for collectors and enthusiasts. Our Community Guidelines uphold values of respect, fairness, safety, and transparency. These guidelines apply to all Users, content, and interactions on the Platform.
2. Respect and Civility
2.1 Treat Others With Respect
We expect all Users to treat each other with dignity. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation
- Personal attacks or insults
- Threatening behavior or violence
- Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
2.2 Avoid Hate Speech
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against protected groups is strictly prohibited. This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, and conspiracy theories targeting specific communities.
2.3 Report Violations
If you encounter harassment or hate speech, report it immediately using the Report button. Include context to help our team investigate.
3. Honesty and Integrity
3.1 Be Truthful in Listings
Sellers must provide accurate information:
- Condition - Describe wear, damage, restoration honestly
- Authenticity - Use "Replica," "Reprinted," or "Restored" clearly if not original
- Grading - Clearly state if professionally graded or personal assessment
- Completeness - Disclose missing pieces, inserts, or documents
- Photos - Must represent actual item being sold
3.2 Prohibited Misrepresentation
- Listing counterfeit or fake items as authentic
- Overstating rarity or market value
- Hiding defects or damage in item description
- Using misleading titles or deceptive keywords
- Misrepresenting authentication or provenance
3.3 Fair Bidding Practices
- Do not bid on your own auctions (self-bidding)
- Do not use multiple accounts to manipulate prices
- Do not agree to "shilling" (inflating bids with no intent to buy)
- Do not agree to undercut other bidders outside the auction
- Only bid if you intend and can afford to follow through
4. Prohibited Items and Content
4.1 Prohibited Items
StackTrackPro does not allow:
- Counterfeit Goods: Fake branded items or unauthorized reproductions
- Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, weapons, and bombs
- Drugs & Alcohol: Controlled substances, illegal drugs, prescription medications
- Stolen Property: Items obtained illegally or obtained from theft
- Hazardous Materials: Asbestos, lead, radioactive materials, hazardous chemicals
- Endangered Species: Items derived from endangered or protected animals
- Adult Content: Sexually explicit materials or services
- Intellectual Property Violations: Pirated software, unauthorized reproductions
- Documents & IDs: Passports, driver's licenses, and identity documents
- Person/Body Parts: Human remains, organs, or biological materials
4.2 Item Category Restrictions
Trading Cards: Must be physical cards only. Digital/NFT cards not permitted.
Sports Memorabilia: Must be authentic or clearly marked as replica/unsigned.
Autographed Items: Must include COA (Certificate of Authenticity) or clear notation of authentication method.
5. Safety and Security
5.1 Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Do not share your account with others
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Log out on shared devices after use
5.2 Transaction Safety
- Complete all transactions through the Platform
- Do not send money outside the System (no wire transfers, gift cards, crypto)
- Do not provide banking information in messages
- Verify Seller reputation and feedback before bidding
- Request tracking numbers for shipments
- Use Platform's integrated shipping and tracking
5.3 Phishing and Scams
- StackTrackPro will never ask for your password via email or message
- Verify URLs carefully (official domain is stacktrackpro.com)
- Report suspicious emails to support@stacktrackpro.com
- Click links in emails by going to the site directly
6. Communication Standards
6.1 Professional Communication
When messaging other Users:
- Use clear, respectful language
- Respond to questions promptly (within 12 hours recommended)
- Provide honest answers about items
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information
- Do not share contact information to circumvent the Platform
6.2 Disputes and Complaints
- Use civil language when discussing disagreements
- Provide evidence to support claims
- Work toward mutually acceptable resolutions
- Escalate to Platform support if informal resolution fails
- Do not threaten, coerce, or intimidate during disputes
6.3 Spam and Solicitation
Do not use the Platform to:
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Recruit for pyramid schemes or MLM
- Solicit charitable donations
- Advertise services unrelated to auction items
- Send chain letters or mass solicitations
7. Feedback and Reviews
7.1 Honest Feedback
- Rate based on actual transaction experience
- Be specific about what was good or problematic
- Avoid personal attacks in criticism
- Focus on factors relevant to future buyers
7.2 Prohibited Review Practices
- Do not buy/leave fake positive reviews for yourself
- Do not post negative reviews to harm competitors
- Do not extort positive reviews or remove negative ones
- Do not harvest fake reviews from friends
7.3 Copyright in Reviews
You own the content of your reviews. Grant StackTrackPro a license to display and share it publicly. Do not copy reviews from other platforms.
8. Protected Groups and Discrimination
StackTrackPro is for everyone. We prohibit:
- Discrimination in bidding rights or pricing based on protected characteristics
- Requiring payment based on identity or membership in a group
- Harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, disability, age, or gender
- Exclusion from services based on protected status
9. Misinformation and Harmful Content
9.1 Health and Safety Claims
Do not make unsubstantiated health claims about items, such as:
- Medical treatments or cures
- Toxicity or safety of items not labeled as such
- Nutritional or health benefits without evidence
9.2 Copyright and IP Infringement
- Do not list counterfeit or unlicensed reproductions
- Seek permission before using professional images
- Attribute content to original creators
- Report IP violations immediately
10. Special Handling Items
10.1 Graded Cards
- Clearly state grading company (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) and grade
- Disclose if card is a regrade or technical grade
- Include subgrades for modern grading standards
10.2 Autographed Items
- Provide Certificate of Authenticity (COA) information
- Disclose authentication method and authenticator
- Note if authentic signature status is questioned
10.3 International Items
- Comply with import/export regulations of origin and destination countries
- Disclose any import/export restrictions
- Accurately declare customs value
11. Seller Conduct Standards
11.1 Professional Practices
- Ship items within stated timeframe (default 2 business days)
- Use protective packaging to prevent damage
- Provide tracking information to Buyers
- Respond to messages within 24 hours during business days
- Provide refunds for non-receipt or significant damage
11.2 Prohibited Seller Practices
- Do not request payment outside the Platform
- Do not offer items for lower prices off-platform
- Do not block Buyers with neutral/negative feedback
- Do not use bots or scripts to automate auctions
12. Buyer Conduct Standards
12.1 Bidding Commitment
- Only bid if you intend to complete the purchase
- Honor your bids and commit to payment
- Remove bids only for valid reasons (posting error, item relisted, etc.)
- Pay within 7 days of auction close
12.2 Return Process
- Report issues with purchased items within 30 days
- Give Sellers opportunity to resolve before escalating
- Return items in original condition when applicable
- Provide clear evidence for damage/defect claims
13. Enforcement and Consequences
13.1 Warning and Suspension
Violations result in:
- Warning: First minor violations receive warning with opportunity to correct
- Suspension: Temporary account restriction (24 hours - 30 days)
- Termination: Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
13.2 Severe Violations
Immediate termination without warning for:
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Repeated harassment or threats
- Hate speech or severe discrimination
- Trafficking in prohibited items
- Doxxing or privacy violations
14. Reporting and Support
14.1 How to Report Violations
Use the Report button on items, messages, or profiles. Include:
- Specific violation description
- Relevant evidence (messages, screenshots, links)
- Date and time of violation
- Any prior attempts to resolve
14.2 Response Timeline
- Safety/fraud reports: Reviewed within 24 hours
- Other violations: Reviewed within 7 days
- Appeals: Reviewed within 14 days
14.3 Appeals Process
If you believe enforcement action was incorrect, appeal to compliance@stacktrackpro.com within 30 days with evidence supporting your case.
15. Special Situations
15.1 Charity Events
Auctions benefitting registered charities are welcome. Clearly disclose what percentage proceeds go to charity.
15.2 Estate Sales
Executors listing estate items should indicate items are from an estate and provide transparent provenance information.
