By accessing and using StackTrackPro ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. Users under 18 may not create accounts or participate in transactions.
StackTrackPro may require identity verification, payment method verification, or address confirmation at any time. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
By placing a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item at your final bid amount if you win the auction. Bids cannot be retracted except for registered error or item unavailability.
Some auctions may have reserve prices. The item will only be sold if the final bid meets or exceeds the reserve. If the reserve is not met, the auction may be relisted or sold through alternative means at the Seller's discretion.
The Platform offers automatic bidding functionality. You authorize StackTrackPro to bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid amount to maintain your high bidder status.
StackTrackPro reserves the right to cancel any auction that:

Sellers agree to pay applicable listing fees as displayed at the time of listing. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Upon completion of a sale, Sellers agree to pay a final value fee of 8-15% depending on seller tier, calculated on the hammer price plus applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Sellers maintain a Seller Rating based on:
Consistent underperformance may result in account suspension.
StackTrackPro will facilitate resolution if an item received is materially different from the listing description or is not authentic.
If an item is not received within the estimated delivery window, Buyers may open a dispute. A refund will be issued if the Seller cannot provide proof of delivery.
Returns are at the Seller's discretion except when items do not match descriptions or are damaged in transit. See our Return Policy for details.
StackTrackPro accepts:
All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize StackTrackPro to charge your account for auction wins and services.
You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, and other taxes on purchases. Sellers are responsible for corresponding state sales tax obligations.
Sellers are responsible for safe packaging and timely shipment. Buyers are responsible for shipment address accuracy at checkout.
We recommend Sellers use tracked shipping with insurance for items over $100. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier within 30 days.
International transactions are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping rules. Parties are responsible for their respective obligations.

StackTrackPro implements fraud detection systems that monitor for suspicious activity including:
Accounts flagged for fraud may be restricted, suspended, or terminated. Users may dispute fraud holds through our support process.
All StackTrackPro logos, designs, text, graphics, and software are the exclusive property of StackTrackPro or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
By posting content (descriptions, images, reviews), you grant StackTrackPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for Platform purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKTRACKPRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKTRACKPRO BE LIABLE FOR:
Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackTrackPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:
Before pursuing formal claims, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through StackTrackPro's support team within 30 days.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, in the jurisdiction of StackTrackPro's principal place of business, except for claims of fraud or Intellectual Property violations.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against StackTrackPro.
StackTrackPro may terminate your account immediately for:
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding transactions must be completed or cancelled before closure.
StackTrackPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and StackTrackPro regarding use of the Platform.
